Trading involves risk. L2W Trades does not guarantee profits, income, or specific results. Past performance is not indicative of future results. You acknowledge that you are solely responsible for your own trading decisions and outcomes.
You understand that all trading decisions are made at your own discretion and risk. L2W Trades is not responsible for any financial losses, damages, or consequences resulting from use of services or information provided.
Access to Discord groups, mentorships, calls, and educational materials is granted for personal use only. Sharing, reselling, copying, or distributing any content without written permission from L2W Trades is strictly prohibited.
One on one mentorship sessions are scheduled based on availability. Missed sessions are not refundable and may not be rescheduled unless explicitly agreed upon in writing. L2W Trades reserves the right to modify schedules when necessary.
All payments must be made in full prior to access or service delivery. All fees are final and non refundable as outlined in Refund and Cancellation Policy.
L2W Trades reserves the right to suspend or terminate access to any service, community, or platform without refund if a user violates these Terms, engages in disruptive behavior, or abuses service.
Users are expected to behave respectfully within all communities and platforms associated with L2W Trades. Harassment, spam, hate speech, or disruptive behavior will not be tolerated and may result in removal without refund.
All content, materials, videos, messages, and educational resources provided by L2W Trades are intellectual property of L2W Trades and may not be reproduced or distributed without written consent.
L2W Trades shall not be held liable for any direct or indirect losses, damages, or claims arising from use of services, including but not limited to financial losses.
L2W Trades reserves the right to update or modify these Terms and Conditions at any time. Continued use of services constitutes acceptance of updated terms.
